In the My Scans Page click on the “Export as” button
In the appearing PopUp Menu select MS Word Document (DOCX)
After that, you can choose the paper format (by the way: you can change the default paper size in the Settings of the app)
You’re done, the MS Word Document will be created. After that the standard Windows Save File Dialog appears where you can choose the location and the filename for the created document. Keep in mind that your Windows user needs write permissions for the selected location.
The created MS Word Document contains both scanned images and the plain text of the scanned document as well. After all, it’s a Word Document that you can modify any way you want to – delete the plain text or the image or, or, or…
