VS2012 Find All function not working and how to fix it

Thanks to a bug in Visual Studio 2012 the  find all  function can stop working:

Visual Studio 2012 Find All bugfix

VS2012 just displayes the number of matching lines but not the lines themselves any longer!

This happens because some values in the Windows registry changed accidently.
Check those entries in your registry:

1
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{73B7DC00-F498-4ABD-AB79-D07AFD52F395}]
@="PSFactoryBuffer"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{73B7DC00-F498-4ABD-AB79-D07AFD52F395}\InProcServer32]
@="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Common Files\\Microsoft Shared\\MSEnv\\TextMgrP.dll"
"ThreadingModel"="Both"

Or download this REG-file (right click with mouse, choose “save as”) and apply it to your development machine.
After applying this bugfix Visual Studio will show you all matching lines again:
